Responsibilities
Leading complex strategy and transformation projects (program/workstream lead)
Developing AI target pictures, portfolio roadmaps, and KPI systems including value tracking
Building AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (Responsible AI)
Facilitating C-level workshops, steering committees, and decision meetings
Quality and outcome responsibility for deliverables, budget & timeline
Sparring with Engineering on architecture, make-or-buy, MLOps, and scaling
Contributing to pre-sales, thought leadership, offering development, and team mentoring
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in strategy/technology consulting or AI transformations, of which >2 years leading projects
Demonstrable success in defining and implementing AI roadmaps and operating models
A deep understanding of data/AI architectures, LLM deployment scenarios, MLOps & change management
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and confidence in negotiations at C-level
Excellent storylining, executive communication, and composure in critical meetings
Excellent German and English
