Philipp Koch is a data science expert with deep technical understanding of developing and implementing complex AI applications. He has several years of experience delivering data-driven systems and developed innovative tools for processing, analyzing, and optimizing large datasets at Prognos AG. Friedemann Peters is an AI Strategy Consultant with extensive professional experience in automation technology within the port and logistics industry. His career path, from training as a mechatronics engineer through a part-time degree in industrial engineering to managing large-scale projects, gives him a thorough, end-to-end understanding of processes that combines technical knowledge with commercial thinking. His focus areas are project and stakeholder management: from specification and project planning through the management of interdisciplinary teams to acceptance and quality assurance. She brings extensive experience in online and digital marketing, with particular depth in social media, campaign management, and content development, complemented by international work in marketing and communications. Jonas Rodehorst specializes in not just designing AI applications, but reliably bringing them into operational systems, from architecture through development to deployment. His background as an IT administrator in the Bundeswehr gives him a deep understanding of secure, stable, and maintainable infrastructure. As an independent developer, he has built and scaled his own digital products. He knows that systems must not only work technically, they must be economically viable. Jonas Rodehorst holds a B.Sc. in Media Informatics and is completing his Master's in Computer Science.

David Klepka is an AI Engineer with a bachelor's degree in media informatics from Hochschule Bremen, and is currently completing his master's in Computer Science, with a focus on AI agent security. Alongside his studies, he gained 1.5 years of experience as a working student in software development for web and app environments. Together with two partners, he runs a SaaS-based AI learning assistant with close to 10,000 registered users, a concrete demonstration of his entrepreneurial drive and his ability to bring AI products into productive operations. For him, AI security is not a constraint, it is the prerequisite for AI that actually works.

Zelia Culiat is an AI Strategy Associate focused on the intersection of finance, business, and artificial intelligence. She completed her bachelor's in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is currently finishing her master's in Accounting and Corporate Finance there. Her analytical working style and strong problem-solving capabilities allow her to cut through complex issues quickly and translate them into practical approaches.
