Responsibilities
Analyzing business processes and data landscapes to identify AI use cases
Developing AI strategies, target pictures, and roadmaps including prioritization & KPI sets
Designing operating models, governance frameworks, and accountabilities
Creating decision papers, business cases, and management presentations
Running workshops (use-case ideation, data strategy, change)
Market and technology research on LLMs, MLOps, tools & best practices
Close collaboration with Engineering on proof-of-concept planning and handover into delivery
Qualifications
A completed degree with a business, technical, or analytical focus
2-4 years of experience in strategy/technology consulting, data/AI projects, or product management
A strong understanding of AI fundamentals (e.g. LLMs, classic ML methods, data quality, MLOps)
Strength in structuring, storylining, and audience-appropriate communication (C-level to specialist)
Confident with frameworks (business case, KPI design, prioritization, roadmapping)
Teamwork, initiative, and a strong client orientation
Excellent written and spoken German and English
